Vacation.Vision is the only global listing site that requires a virtual tour be posted with the property.  Virtual Tours give guests the most immersive experience available to find the perfect space to stay in while traveling.  Building trust and being transparent with your guests from the very beginning, allows them to know exactly what they are getting when they book your property, creating a better experience.

You can list an entire property or a shared space, as long as you have a virtual tour.

We support listings globally and also support showing currency in multiple forms.  If you do not see your form of currency in the drop-down menu on the main page or footer, please send a request to info@vacation.vision and we will add it.

A Standard Listing will show up in regular search results only.  A Featured Listing will be in a constant carousel rotation on the home page and also be featured in social media posts and email blasts.

Yes. Please make sure your calendar is up to date before confirming a booking to ensure no double-bookings.

The only requirement for listing your property is having a virtual tour and photos along with a description of the space.  As far as items available to your guests, we do highly recommend the following:

  • Bed Linens
  • Cable TV with basic channels
  • Fully equipped kitchens – fridge, ice-maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, utensils
  • High-speed internet or WiFi
  • Washer / Dryer
  1. Click on “Sign-Up” on the homepage
  2. Choose a username, enter your e-mail address and choose a password, then confirm the password
  3. Check the box if you agree to the Terms and Conditions
  4. Check the ReCaptcha to prove you’re not a robot
  5. Press Create an Account

Once your account has been created, you must choose a subscription. You will login and click My Subscriptions.  Choose your package and pay using Paypal or Stripe.  Once payment is complete, the number of listings you chose will automatically be available.  After all property listing details are entered, you will submit your property for approval and as long as all information is entered, your listing will be approved within 24-hours.

If you have multiple listings, you will need to choose a subscription that includes multiple listings.  You will create a separate listing for each property.

*You may only have 1 (one) active subscription per login at a time.  If you need to add more listings after you have already paid for a subscription, you will have to create a new login.

Go to the Homepage and Login. Click on Login. In the upper right, click on your Username drop-down and select My Properties.  From the My Properties page, select the pencil icon, to edit your property details.  Make sure to save all changes you make to update your listing.

Not at this time but we are open to partnering with other listing sites or cross-promoting.  We also have advertising opportunities available.

You have the option to manually manage your calendar by logging into the Vacation.Vision website or you will be provided an iCal link when listing your property.  This iCal link can be plugged into third-party software or listing sites like AirBnB, VRBO, or HomeAway. The iCal link will sync with your other calendars and update availability automatically every 3-hours.

Yes. There is a direct URL for each property that you list.

The URL for your listing will be:
https://vacation.vision/properties/property-name

For Example: If one of your properties is titled House by the Sea, the URL would be: https://vacation.vision/properties/house-by-the-sea

Yes!  Vacation.Vision is the only listing site where virtual tours are required giving your guests a completely immersive experience.  Matterport and Real.Vision Virtual Tours both have virtual reality capability using Google Cardboard or the Samsung Gear VR.

*If you purchase a listing and do not have a virtual tour, the listing will not be approved until you insert a virtual tour

Hover over “Blog” and then click “Virtual Tour Photographers” page for information about Matterport and Real.Vision Photographers.  If you use Gulf Coast 3D Tours, you receive 1 FREE Annual Listing per tour they create for you.

Yes! Although the main focus of Vacation.Vision is virtual tours, photos still play a big part by allowing guests to click through the gallery from search results.  You have the ability to drag and drop the order of the photos and also choose the Featured photo. We recommend you add a minimum of 6 photos but the more photos you add, the better!

Renters will contact you directly via the internal message system by submitting a form with their dates and number of people in their party.  You will receive an email when you have an inquiry waiting to be checked.  All messaging can be done via the Vacation.Vision website or you may exchange private emails and/or phone numbers to communicate.

Vacation.Vision keeps the owner/host in control.  If you want to put your management website or phone number in your listing description, we support that.

Yes. Our website is optimized for mobile use.

All of our listings are subscription based on an Annual basis.  We offer 2 (two) types of listings, Standard  and Featured.  Standard listings will show up in all search results but Featured listings will be listed on the homepage with the best exposure.  Listings are available in bundles of 1, 5, 10, 25, 75, 175, and Unlimited; the larger the bundle, the lower price per listing.

No. All of our pricing plans are annual subscriptions.

No. A subscription term is 12 months. You can choose to not renew your subscription plan, but you cannot cancel it before the 12 months is up. You can choose to make your listing inactive, but you will not receive any refund or be pro-rated the difference.

You will not be refunded if you sell your property. Please remember to delete the listing and notify any future guests who have reservations or transfer the account to the new owners.

Vacation.Vision provides the most immersive booking experience requiring owners and hosts to have a virtual tour of their property or space in order to list the property.  You will get a true view of the digs you’ll be staying in, instead of relying on photos and a description alone.

Yes, you will need to create an account in order to inquire about property availability and communicate with the owners/hosts.  It is free to create an account and allows you to manage all messages/inquiries you send to owners and hosts.  You may be directed to a management site to book or it may be arranged with the owner/host via messages on Vacation.Vision.

Every page on the Vacation.Vision website has “Make a Reservation” box in the header.  You can search any city in the world via this box including your dates and how many guests you will have, and press search.  All available properties will then show up on a half-map list page where you can quickly go through photos or click and view the virtual tour of the property and inquire.

Create a login and when you find a property you’re interested in, press “Contact Owner” button on the property listing page.  A pop-up box will open and allow you to enter your arrival/departure dates, # of guests, and a message to the owner.

Owners are encouraged to reply to all inquiries within 24 – 48 hours. If you do not hear back, move on to another listing. Each owner has their own terms and conditions for how to handle inquiries.

Booking Via The Owner:

  1. Go to Vacation.Vision
  2. Search for a vacation rental by city and/or map
  3. Contact the owner via the Vacation.Vision contact form to inquire and confirm availability
  4. Book the property by submitting payment to the owner using whatever method the owner chooses

Contact the owner directly to find out how to cancel your reservation.  The owner will handle all travel details from booking confirmation, payment, check-in/out procedures, cancellations and refunds.

We leave this up to the owner. Here are the options that owners have in providing keys to the property:

Personally Hand Over The Keys Upon Arrival:
Owners will meet you upon arrival and hand the keys to you.

Send A Representative To Meet You:
The owner will send a representative upon your arrival and hand the keys to you.

Lock Box:
Keys are located in a lock box somewhere on the property. The owner will provide you with the combination to open the box and retrieve the keys.

Sent By Mail Prior To Arrival:
The owner will mail you a set of keys through the mail prior to your arrival.

Keyless Entry:
The owner will provide you with the code prior to your arrival.

Call the owner directly. If the rental is managed by a management company, there will often be an emergency contact that guests can call 24 hours a day for questions, maintenance issues, etc.

Prior to arrival, make sure you get emergency contact information from the owner.
